I’ve been doing people’s makeup lately. Here’s a look I recently did for prom:

Sorry, there are no full face pictures (or eyebrow pics; I was not having a good eyebrow day). I wasn’t intending this to be an FotD/EotD. I just wanted to show you how my make-up lasted even after crying (I had a huuuge fight with a jackass). No smearing whatsoever. It was the silver lining to the day.
I know I’m behind, but I was feeling bold, so I decided to copy this look from the Naughty Nauticals Color Story from M·A·C with instructions from the face chart.
I didn’t use anything from the collection because I only bought two things. I have a lot of blues that look similar. The camera didn’t pick up the colors as well as I hoped it would (of course). I decided I didn’t want to wear it out, though, although it did look better in real life. Blue eyes and red lips together is a little hard to pull off. Also, I didn’t wing it out as much and as obviously as the model’s make-up.

I felt like doing blues and greens. Since I was going for a mermaid look, I would’ve done glitter and gone over the top, but I lack that stuff, plus, I’m not a fan of glitter. Anyway, I love my camera, so I’m just going to blame the lighting as the reason why the colors look different in person than when viewed in pictures. It’s actually more vibrant and more green than blue. Video tutorial can be found here.

I’m not Irish, but why not celebrate St. Patrick’s Day anyway? I used mostly drugstore brand stuff for my eye make-up. Video tutorial can be found here.
